Welcome

Merry Christmas by M. Eichhorst And you will know the truth and that truth will set you free Yochanan 8:21. The Story of Christmas has been told for years the wrong way. Christmas is not what you think it is and is not a celebration of the birth of the Messiah. The Roman Empire adopted Paganism (Idolatry) beliefs from cultures they conquered, and all these beliefs were adopted by the Roman Empire Catholic Church which went into all the Christian beliefs around the world. Celebrating Christmas is Idol worship that El Shaddai (God Almighty) commands us not to do in “ha mitzvah” (The Commandments). Exodus 20: 4-6 4. You shall not make yourself a carved image nor any likeness of that which is in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the water beneath the earth. 5. You shall not prostrate yourself to them nor worship them, for I am El Shaddai, your God, a jealous God, who visits the sin of fathers upon children to the third and fourth generations, for My enemies; 6. but who shows kindness for thousands of generations to those who love Me and observe My Commandments. Second Timothy 4:3-4 3. For the time will come when they will not give ear to sound teaching; but, according to their lusts, will multiply to themselves teachers in the itching of their hearing; 4. and will turn away their ears from the truth, and incline after fables. When was the Birth of the Messiah The Birth of the Messiah was on the 15th Day of Tishri, c.5BCE in the Hebrew Calendar which corresponds with September/October, 9 months after the 25th Day of the month of Kislev (first day of Hanukkah) which is the conception of Mariam (Maryam - Mary) by Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit). The Birth of the Messiah this year was on September 15th, 2021 and will be next year on October 10th 2022. El Shaddai (God Almighty) is Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) because he is (Spirit) and not of human form. If you set a date on the Hebrew calendar it will always be on the same day each year and will align itself with the Bible, however the Roman Greek (Gregorian) calendar which we use will not ever match with the Bible. This is why when studying the Bible, especially when studying Bible Prophecy, you must use the Hebrew Calendar. Ruach means “Spirit”, Ha means “the”, Kodesh means “Holy or Renewed”, and since El Shaddai which means “God Almighty” and He is “Ruach” than that would mean Ruach HaKodesh is El Shaddai which is another name for Him and is one in the same. Yeshua is HaMashiach which means “the Messiah” and he has a Kodesh of his own and he is not- God but rather the head of all God’s creation, and would mean 2 entities only. The Trinity is a lie by the Roman Empire Catholic Church. (see The Religion of Rome). What everyone needs to know is the Roman Empire Catholic Church says they are the first Christian Church and they would be right, but the Messiah is not Christian, but Hebrew following the Hebrew Faith, not Christianity. Here is how the Birth of the Messiah was actually Matthew 1:18. Now the birth of Yeshua, HaMashiach, was like this: While Maryam his mother was betrothed to Yosef, without them being united, she was found pregnant by Ruach HaKodesh. Matthew 1:18-25 18. Now the birth of Yeshua, HaMashiach, (Yeshua the Messiah) was like this: While Maryam (Mary) his mother was betrothed to Yosef (Joseph), without them being united (no sex - a virgin), she was found pregnant by the Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit). (note: They did not have sexual relations, but they were married). 19. But Yosef (Joseph), her husband was just and did not desire to expose her, yet he was thinking in secret that he would dismiss her. 20. While he was thinking these things, a messenger of Master YHVH (El Shaddai) appeared to him in a dream, and said to him, “Josef (Joseph), the son of David, do not have fear to take Miriam (Mary) as your wife, for he that is begotten in her (is) from the Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit). 21. And she will bear a son and she will call his name Yeshua, for he will save his people from their sins.” 22. And this all happened that it might be fulfilled what was said by Master YHVH (El Shaddai) through the prophet, 23. “Behold, a virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call his name Ammanuel (Immanuel), which is interpreted “our Eloah is with us” (or our El is with us which means our God is with us)” More on the Birth of the Messiah can be found at: Happy Birthday Yeshua There are many Christmas Traditions with Pagan Idolatry Roots (1) The Messiah was not born on December 25th and the Name of Jesus Christ is interpreted by the Paganistic (Idolatry) Christian Beliefs by the Roman Empire Catholic Church which are “wrong doctrines of men” which is “full of the names of blasphemy”. These Paganistic (Idolatry) Christian Beliefs were handed down from generation to generation and unto each Christian Denominational and Christian Non-Denominational Beliefs. Ephesians 4:14. And that we might not be children uprooted and turned about by every direction of wind by the “wrong doctrines of men” who plot to seduce by their cunning. Revelation 17:3. And he led me in spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sitting on a red beast of prey, which was “full of names of blasphemy”, and had seven heads and ten horns. The words Jesus Christ is not a good translation of Rav Yehoshua (Rabbi Yeshua) as in Greek which is where we get Jesus from and is of the Greek word “Lesous” which means in Greek “Hail Zeus” which is a pagan god in Greek Mythology of the god Apollo and in Roman Mythology it is “Lesus” which has the same Greek word meaning, which is of the fallen messenger angels. Christ is from the Greek word “Christos” which means “the anointed” and then the Roman Catholic Church took that word meaning in Latin to “Christus”, then the Roman Catholic Church took the first letter of “Lesus” and changed it from “L” and changed it to “J” to mean Jesus. So, when you say Jesus Christ, you are actually saying “Hail Zeus, the anointed” which is not the same meaning in Hebrew of Yeshua which means “Our Eloah is with us” (Our God is with us). (2) The Winter Solstice – Pagan Idolatry Origins: During the winter solstice season, people around the world practice all kinds of Christmas traditions, from eating candy canes to giving presents. But did you know that many Christmas customs can trace their roots back to pagan idolatry origins? (3) Christmas Caroling – Pagan Idolatry Origins: The tradition of Christmas caroling actually began as the tradition of wassailing. In centuries past, wassailers went from door to door, singing and drinking to the health of their neighbors. The concept actually harkens back to pre-Christian fertility rites—only in those ceremonies, villagers traveled through their fields and orchards in the middle of winter, singing and shouting to drive away any spirits that might inhibit the growth of future crops. Caroling wasn’t actually done in churches until St. Francis, around the 13th century, thought it might be a nice idea. (4) Kissing Under the Mistletoe – Pagan Idolatry Origins: Mistletoe has been around for a long time and has been considered a magical plant by everyone from the Druids to the Vikings. The ancient Romans honored the god Saturn, and to keep him happy they conducted fertility rituals under the mistletoe. Today, we don't go quite that far under the mistletoe (at least not usually) but this could explain where the kissing tradition comes from. The Norse Eddas tell of warriors from opposing tribes meeting under mistletoe and laying down their arms, so it’s certainly considered a plant of peace and reconciliation. Also in Norse mythology, mistletoe is associated with Frigga, a goddess of love—who wouldn’t want to smooch under her watchful eye? (5) Gift Giving – Pagan Idolatry Origins: Gift-Delivering Mythical Beings – Sure, we’ve all heard of Santa Claus, who has his roots in the Dutch Sinterklaas mythology, with a few elements of Odin and Saint Nicholas thrown in for good measure. But how many people have heard of La Befana, the kindly Italian witch who drops off treats for well-behaved children? Or Frau Holle, who gives gifts to women at the time of the winter solstice? Throughout the world, gift-giving mythical beings are part of local traditions. (6) Deck the Halls or Decking the Halls – Pagan Idolatry Origins: The Romans loved a good party, and Saturnalia was no exception. This holiday, which fell on December 17, was a time to honor the god Saturn, and so homes and hearths were decorated with boughs of greenery—vines, ivy, and the like. The ancient Egyptians didn't have evergreen trees, but they had palms—and the palm tree was the symbol of resurrection and rebirth. People often brought the fronds into their homes during the time of the winter solstice. Over time, this evolved into the modern tradition of the holiday tree. (7) Hanging of Ornaments on the tree – Pagan Idolatry Origins: During Saturnalia, Roman celebrants often hung metal ornaments outside on trees. Typically, the ornaments represented a god—either Saturn or the family's patron deity. The laurel wreath was a popular decoration as well. Early Germanic tribes decorated trees with fruit and candles in honor of Odin for the solstice. (8) Eating Fruitcake – Pagan Idolatry Origins: The fruitcake has become the stuff of legend, because once a fruitcake is baked, it will seemingly outlive everyone who comes near it. Stories abound of fruitcakes from winters past magically appearing in the pantry to surprise everyone during the holiday season. What’s interesting about the fruitcake is that it actually has its origins in ancient Egypt. There’s a tale in the culinary world that the Egyptians placed cakes made of fermented fruit and honey on the tombs of their deceased loved ones—and presumably these cakes would last as long as the pyramids themselves. In later centuries, Roman soldiers carried these cakes, made with mashed pomegranates and barley, into battle. There are even records of soldiers on crusades carrying honey- laden fruitcakes into the Holy Land with them. (9) Giving Presents – Pagan Idolatry Origins: Today, Christmas is a huge gift-giving bonanza for retailers far and wide. However, that’s a fairly new practice, developed within the last two to three hundred years. Most people who celebrate Christmas associate the practice of gift giving with the Biblical tale of the three wise men who gave gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh to the newborn baby Jesus. However, the tradition can also be traced back to other cultures. The Romans gave gifts between Saturnalia and the Kalends, and during the Middle Ages French nuns gave gifts of food and clothing to the poor on St. Nicholas’ Eve. Interestingly, up until around the early 1800s, most people exchanged gifts on New Years’ Day—and it was usually just one present, rather than the massive collection of gifts typically given today. (10) Christmas Holly – Pagan Idolatry Origins: For those who celebrate the spiritual aspects of Christmas, there is significant symbolism in the holly bush. For Christians, the red berries represent the blood of Jesus Christ as he died upon the cross, and the sharp- edged green leaves are associated with his crown of thorns. However, in pre-Christian pagan cultures, the holly was associated with the god of winter—the Holly King, doing his annual battle with the Oak King. Holly was known as a wood that could drive off evil spirits as well, so it came in handy during the darker half of the year when most of the other trees were bare. (11) The Yule Log – Pagan Idolatry Origins: Nowadays, when we hear about the Yule log, most people think of a deliciously rich chocolate dessert. But the Yule log has its origins in the cold winters of Norway, on the night of the winter solstice, where it was common to hoist a giant log onto the hearth to celebrate the return of the sun each year. The Norwegians believed that the sun was a giant wheel of fire that rolled away from the earth and began rolling back again on the winter solstice. What this means for Believers of Yeshua HaMashiach is that we are not to do these things as the world does. We are to be set apart from the rest of the world. What does it mean by Pagan Idolatry Origins? These are practices adopted by the Roman Empire and the Roman Empire Catholic Church which is the Harlot of Babylon described in Revelation 17-18 which is Idol worship and a violation of Ha Mitzvah (the Commandments). These are not God-like things and by doing these things will cause you to be apart from God forever. We are never to do these Paganistic Idolatry Christian Beliefs of “wrong doctrines of men” which are “full of the names of blasphemy”. (see Wrong Doctrines). First Yochanan 2 15. Love not the world nor anything in it; for whoever loves the world has not the love of the Father in him. 16. For all that is in the world is the lust of the body and the lust of the eyes and the pride of the world, which are not from the Father but from the world itself. We must live a Set Apart Life Set Apart is from the Hebrew "Kodesh" or “Kadosh”, often mistranslated as "Holy". The original meaning of “Kadesh” as “Set Apart” or Set Apart Spirit” but could refer to as maybe “Holy”. This is why I most of the time write it as “Set Apart Holy”. The principles of “Kodesh” are revealed throughout YHVH's Instructions in Torah. El Shaddai (God Almighty), HaMashiach (the Messiah) teachings and “Ha Talmidim” (the Disciples) who call upon all true Believers of Rabbi Yeshua to establish themselves a Set Apart lifestyle and have the Torah written upon your heart. Jeremiah 31:32. For this is the Brit (Covenant) that I shall seal with the House of Israel after those days. The word of El Shaddai; I will place My Torah within them, and I will write it onto their hearts; I will be a Eloah (God) for them, and they will be a people for Me. Romans 12:2. And be not conformed to this world; but be you transformed by the renovation of your minds: and discern you what is the good and acceptable and perfect pleasure of El Shaddai (God Almighty). __________
