Communion The Messiah’s Teachings by M. Eichhorst And from now don’t (only) drink water but drink a little (red) wine on account of your stomach and your continuing infirmities. First Timothy 5:23 Kosher Wine or Kosher Grape Juice is used in Religious Ceremonies such as this Kosher Communion and it must be Kosher. Wine is mentioned in the Bible 235 times and according to Judaism for the Hebrew Kosher you are to drink 4 glasses or cups of wine at Passover to represent for each of the four exiles; (1) Babylonian, (2) Median, (3) Greek, and (4) Roman, however is this Biblical? The Bible does not talk about 4 glasses or 4 cups of wine at Passover and doing so would make you intoxicated and therefore forbidden. This is why we do not adhere to Judaism or Christianity but adhere to El Shaddai (God Almighty) and His Son, Yeshua HaMashiach (the Messiah). Do Not Drink to Intoxication The General concern the Bible has is you are not to drink to intoxication (drunk). El Shaddai told Aharon which was a Priest not to drink wine. This was an order because he was to be in service as a Priest in the Temple of El Shaddai and his offspring also as an example for those in the Ministry - do not drink. Leviticus 10:8-11 8. El Shaddai spoke to Aharon (Aaron) saying; 9. Do not drink intoxicating wine, you, and your sons with you, when you come to the Tent of Meeting, that you do not die, this is an eternal decree for your generations. 10. in order to distinguish between the sacred and the profane, and between the contaminated and the pure, 11. and to teach the Children of Israel all the decrees that El Shaddai (God Almighty) had spoken to them through Moshe (Moses). If you are a righteous person, you are not drink to intoxication (drunk) ever. Ephesians 5:18. And don’t be drunk with wine in which is rebellion (lawlessness); but be filled with the Spirit. 1 or 2 glasses (cups) of wine seems alright in the Bible however anymore is intoxication and forbidden. If you are starting to feel any effects of intoxication than you are to stop immediately. 2 glasses might be too much. There is no link in the Bible whatsoever for saying to drink 4 glasses (cups) of wine anytime matter-in-fact the Passover described in Exodus 12:1-28 does not suggest drinking of wine. This would be part of Judaism and not what El Shaddai actually commanded. It does however say to eat Matzah (Matzos) for 7 days. Do Not Drink Wine if you are an Alcoholic or a Recovering Alcoholic If you are an alcoholic or a recovering alcoholic, then you are to never drink wine or any alcoholic drink because that would set you off becoming an alcoholic again and that would be a sin, so therefore substitute wine for Kosher grape juice. Communion Religious Ceremony Kosher Wine or Kosher Grape Juice is used in Religious Ceremonies such as this Kosher Communion and it must be Kosher. When taking Communion, you should only use “Kosher Red Wine” or “Kosher Grape Juice” and eat “Kosher Matzah” (Matzos is Unleavened Bread) only, not crackers, or leavened bread. This is what Rabbi Yeshua HaMashiach (the Messiah) did during his first Kosher Communion which was the Passover Feast of the Unleavened Bread (Matzah – Matzos). For Kosher Communion it is recommended to use (1) Manischewitz Kosher Red Wine or (2) Welch’s Manischewitz Kosher Grape Juice or Welch’s 100% Red Grape Juice and (3) Manischewitz Matzah (Matzos). These can be found at the Good Treasure Ministry Store. Communion should never be a regular glass or cup of regular wine or regular grape juice. This needs to be a Kosher communion and as stated prior it all needs to be Kosher. If you do not have Messianic Communion Cups substitute a shot glass and fill with Kosher Wine or Kosher Grape Juice. Matthew 26:17. Now on the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples drew near to Rabbi Yeshua and said to him, “Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Paskha (Passover)?” 18. And he said to them, “Go to the city, to a certain man and say to him, ‘Our master says my time it has arrived. With you I will perform the Paskha among my Talmidim (Disciples).’” 19. And his Talmidim (Disciples) did as he commanded them. And they prepared Rabbi Yeshua the Paskha. Paskha (Hebrew Pesach which means Passover) and Chag HaMatzah (Feast of Unleavened Bread) When given Kosher Communion you need to do and say; Break off a piece of Matzah (breaking Matzah into a piece resembles the broken body of Rabbi Yeshua) and hold the piece up and pray over it (Rabbi Yeshua took bread and blessed it) before taking the Kosher Communion. Matthew 24:26. And while they were dining, Rabbi Yeshua took bread and blessed it and broke it and gave it to his disciples and said, “Take eat. This is my body.” [Eat a piece of Matzah in remembrance of the broken body of Rabbi Yeshua] Pour wine or grape juice in a glass or cup and hold it up and pray over it (And he took the cup and gave thanks) before taking Kosher Communion. Matthew 26:27-29 27. And he took the cup and gave thanks and gave it to them and said, “Take drink from it all of you. 28. This is my blood of the renewed covenant, which for the sake of many is shed for the forgiveness of sins. 29. And I say to you that I will not drink this fruit of the vine from now on until the day in which I drink it anew with you in the Kingdom of my Father, of El Shaddai.” [Drink the cup of Kosher Wine or Kosher Grape Juice in remembrance of the blood which was shed of Rabbi Yeshua for our sins] Matthew 26:30. And they offered praise and went out to the Mount of Olives. The Communion Song by Barry McGuire The Communion Song by Jonathan Stockstill & Bethany __________
